Baheya Chairman currently works a planning department manager at ENNPI Company Tamer Shawki was born in 1972 and graduated from Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1994.
He received a Diploma in Project Management from Cairo University in 1997 and a Project Management Certificate from the American University in Cairo in 1999.
Tamer is considered a volunteer in many other charities all over 15 years

Mr. Adnan Abdulaziz obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the Accounting Department from Cairo University in 1999.
He also obtained a diploma in feasibility studies from Cairo University in 2002
He worked as a chartered accountant in the global offices KPMG and PWC for more than ten years, as he was certified as a chartered accountant for joint stock companies from the Ministry of Finance.
He has more than 10 years of experience in the internal control field.
He is currently Head of the Internal and Financial Internal Auditing Department at Telecom Egypt.
He held several important supervisory positions.

Hazem El-Laithy is an international expert in the field of energy and marine fields with more than 20 years in the management field with multinational companies such as Egyptian Liquified Natural Gas, Smit Lamnalco. Hazem is currently working as CEO of Petroconsult Petroleum Services and Supplies.
Hazem is a mechanical engineer who graduated from the American University in Cairo, studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, and has an MBA.
Hazem has many charitable activities. He established the Bank of the Poor in Egypt in 2012 which presented more than 1,000 microfinance projects in rural areas.
Hazem currently works on the board of directors of the Bahia Foundation and Al-Nour Eye Hospital.

Majed Hamdi works as a consulting engineer. He was born in 1959 and graduated from Al-Azhar University College of Engineering Department of Architecture in 1981.
He holds a Master of Architecture from the Maritime Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport
He also obtained a Diploma in Project Management from the American University in Cairo in 1986. He also completed a set of studies in value engineering in 1988.
Engineer Majed is one of the founding members of Bahia since its establishment in March 2015. He was also one of the most prominent volunteers in other charitable works.
